User Rules
• User must be a supporter in good standing to use or view this website or those linked above, order product or to attend seminars, receive special information, and invitations to events. All Users agree to all terms of use under contractual provisions noted herein. If you use and view this website for any reason you are a User upon proceeding to any webpages requiring User acceptance of these terms herein. The term "Network" includes Bion Aid Club, Claus Nicolae Nielsen and supporters of Bion Aid Club.
• User is hereby given notice that all information they see or hear, at any time, on this website or from the Bion Aid Club, during Network events, through written material, telephone conversations, or Network affiliations shall be understood to be the supporter's personal opinion, whether acting jointly or separately, and shall not be construed as a recommendation, endorsement or advertisement, diagnosis or treatment of disease. Further, should User choose to act upon this information, he/she will hold the Bion Aid Club and all supporters blameless when they choose to exercise their free will in applying the information, for their personal use, as they deem appropriate. User agrees to assume all liability for their activities in breach of this agreement. Supporters may acquire further rights to information and products through other agreements that remain in accord with our Statement of Purpose and User Rules.
• User waives any claims against the Network or any supporter of the Network, should the results of their research, interaction, and decided courses of action fail to in any way meet any expectations that the User may have had before or using or viewing this website or after joining the Bion Aid Club.
• User understands that any and all parties, written materials, products and services, to which they are exposed within the boundaries of this Network, constitute a trade secret of the Network, its supporters, officers, and representatives.
• All matters to which the User is directly or indirectly involved, conversations, written material, activities, identities of other supporters, officers or affiliated organizations that are revealed through User in this Network shall be kept secret and strictly confidential. Bion Aid Club Terms of Service and Use applies to all Members.
• User acknowledges, upon their sole discretion, to have the option to privately acquire certain nutritional and organic products that are purchased "as is". Purchasing or using the products is not a requirement for User.
• The User understands and agrees that the offer of products, or their use, shall not be interpreted as a remedy, treatment, or cure for any physical or mental problem. Further, if User has experienced health symptoms that are a concern, they are advised to seek the advice and services of a Medical Doctor. User understands and agrees that should they discover that in using any products offered on our websites that viruses or any other pathogens have little or no effect on them that it is totally coincidental and that we do not authorize any claims that our products cure any diseases.
• User hereby attests that in viewing this website, corresponding with the Nertwork and any related activity that they are a User in this private Network as an adult man or woman, acting independently, not representing any cloak of office, title or agency, or third party interest while engaging in activities, as a supporter of the Range Guide Network.
• User agrees to indemnify (pay back all costs) to this Network and any of it's supporters, in the event they breach any of the above provisions and terms, for one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of all costs incurred by this Network and/or its supporters, officers, and/or agents in defending, litigating, negotiating, and/or settling any claim arising out of, or being a contributing factor to a breach of the terms and conditions of these terms of service and terms of use.

How do I report an adverse event?
All our products are safe, we've never had a report of any adverse events, all supporters have been totally satisfied and grateful for the products, and we do not expect adverse side effects to ever occur. However, we want to know if you are experiencing something unexpected.

We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGES AND CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD FRAUD PENALTIES
Buyer warrants that he or she is over 18 years of age, not subject to the Child Online Privacy Act, of legal age to enter into contractual agreements in the state in which he is present when he makes this purchase, and is the true and authorized owner of the credit card used to make this purchase. Any Buyer who violates any of these requirements stated herein may be liable for civil or criminal prosecution and agrees to pay liquidated or other damages of an amount the equivalent of $10,000.00 per fraudulent transaction, plus actual damages, and agrees that all information collected by Claus Nicolae websites or personnel may be used for prosecution and may be turned over to law enforcement agencies or to credit or debit card companies and merchant service providers. Chargebacks are prohibited, and the seller may charge the buyer credit or debit card for the amounts of previous payments or amounts for violation penalties charged back by the buyer, plus a $500 penalty and any costs that may be inccured by the seller regarding a charge back. Charge back is a term often used in banking to refer to cancelled payments made for credit or debit card transactions between buyers and sellers that may involve fraud. By making purchases through any websites maintained by Claus Nicolae Nielsen or any other volunteers associated with bionaid.dk the buyer(s) acknowleges and agrees to abide by all terms herein, and that the buyer(s) had or has full knowledge of and had or has agreed with all terms herein before and after purchasing products or becoming a supporter member. All terms herein apply to all product purchase orders or services or payments for violations prohibited by the terms herein or any combination of the aforementioned applications, whether purchases or payments were made in writing, by email or by phone.
If the true and/or authorized owner of the credit or debit card attempts to commit fraud upon the Seller, he authorizes each and every credit or debit card company or merchant service provider to disclose to the Seller all information that could be construed as proof of credit or debit card fraud.
Any Buyer who attempts to perpetrate a fraud upon Seller involving the use of a credit or debit card herewith gives authorization for the Seller to access all credit or debit card and banking information about the Buyer from credit or debite reporting agencies and also authorizes the Seller to discover all relevant information from any source about the fraudulent practices of the Buyer and to reveal such information to credit reporting agencies, credit or debit card companies, merchant service providers, and law enforcement agencies.
Buyer agrees that if he or she uses trickery or false information to receive a refund or more than one refund, or if he or she causes a fraudulent dispute claim that results in a charge back against the Seller's account, that the Seller is authorized to re-charge the Buyer's credit or debit card, bank account or accounts, OR ANY OTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT IF USED, that was used for the original payment to the extent that will make the Seller whole for products and services rendered or for payment or payments for violations of prohibitions stated in the Terms of Service/Terms of Use. Buyer agrees, in addition to actual damages, in paying the Seller liquidated damages of an amount equivalent of $10,000 for every separate fraudulent action Buyer commits.
